To Create Community Integration and Empowerment Programs for smooth settlement of vulnerable and marginalized members of the community in Canada. To provide appropriate, timely, culturally sensitive support services to the community members with the objective of facilitating a smooth and successful entry, transition and settlement into Canadian life. WECONNECT aims to work at the grass root level in the community to maximize capacity-building among youth, women, seniors and general community. Our services include settlement, empowerment and integration programs, women networking, seniors wellbeing and recreational activities. Provide support to women affected by partner abuse through support counseling and help them to become self reliant. The programs aim to eradicate isolation of vulnerable members especially seniors and women and work towards realization of individual potential of the participants.

Arrange information sessions on small scale business, how to register, budgeting, marketing skills etc. These services will help anyone who is not ready for Canadian job market and wants to utilize their time and skills and turn it into a source of income.
Programs to help women become full participants in Canadian life capable of achieving their aspirations and potential thereby facilitating their full integration into Canadian system.
Results: Improved awareness levels, self-reliance skills, enabling women to have increased knowledge of, and access to community services helping them to move towards financial independence.
